Terms of Service
Last updated: June 30, 2026. These terms govern your use of PDF Toolkit and paid PDF Toolkit Pro subscriptions.
Using PDF Toolkit
PDF Toolkit provides browser-based PDF workflows and an AI assistant for document productivity. You are responsible for the files you process, the prompts you submit, and making sure you have the rights to use any content you upload or edit.
Accounts And Trials
Some features require an email-based account. We may limit free trial duration, daily usage, or total usage to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.
Subscriptions
PDF Toolkit Pro is billed through Stripe at the price shown during checkout. Subscription access begins after successful payment confirmation. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment method fees may vary by location or provider.
Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription through Stripe-supported billing flows or by contacting support through the product website. Unless required by law or clearly stated otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund previous billing periods.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication, payment controls, or security checks.
- Do not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
AI Assistant Limits
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review AI-generated suggestions before relying on them for legal, financial, medical, compliance, or business-critical decisions.
Service Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as we improve the product. We aim to keep paid functionality aligned with the features described on the website and checkout page.
No Warranty
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect PDF compatibility, or error-free AI responses.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Toolkit and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Updates
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
